   After reading up on what was good I bought my cover at Walmart and have been happy with them.

   Ones that don’t crinkle.

   As a kid I had special dustmite/allergy preventive pillow covers. But my mother bought a plastic type, and everytime you move your head, you hear the crinkle sound.

   Other than that, make sure it’s a case that zips up. I’ve seen some without full coverage and it doesn’t seem like they’d work all that well.

   There are a few critical things to look for when chosing dust mite bedding covers, first make sure that the mattress cover goes all the way around the mattress and zips closed, that way allergen cant get to you from the sides and bottom, also make sure that the pore size is less than 1 micron, also make sure the product is machine washable in hot water.
